Maysa is among that small group of female singers whose names have come to exemplify the smooth jazz sound. She sits at the table reserved for the Divas of soul-jazz, among them, Anita Baker, Chaka Khan and Angela Bofill.

Jazz In Pink the world-renowned, all-female, all Star band based in Los Angeles, CA has emerged as one of the world's most prominent and popular all-female, ensembles.

Jazz In Pink delivers a mixed genre which is primarily Jazz with soul, R&B, symphonic, rock and hip hop undertones. The band's core members are Gail Johnson, Althea René, Maria Antoinette, and Karen Briggs.

Since 2008, Jazz In Pink has performed throughout the country and around the world.The talented band consistently captivates audiences,collectively and individually.

Gail Jhonson The First Lady of Smooth Jazz Is about Grace, Beauty and serious playing on the keyboards. This composer, arranger, producer, keyboardist and vocalist has carved out an extremely successful career fronting her own groups and touring the world with such notable musicians like Norman Brown, Patti Austin, Jeff Lorber, Marion Meadows and many more.

Robin Bramlett plays electric, keyboard, upright, and lead bass. She has toured with Klymaxx featuring Cheryl Cooley and has performed or recorded with artists such as the late Rev. Timothy Wright, Malcolm Jamal-Warner, Chrisette Michelle, Eric Darius, Louie Cruz Beltran, Chelsea Nichole, Pete Escovedo, Darren Gholston, just to name a few.

Benita Lewis is an accomplished drummer, sound engineer, co-CEO of UltraMedia Studios. As a drummer, Benita has played with a host of Gospel, Jazz and R&B artists such as Marvin Winans, Commissioned, Randy Scott, The Dramatics, Richard Street & The Temptations, Lalah Hathaway, and Frank McComb to name a few

From the time of her move to Los Angeles this lady guitarist has been seen and heard with the likes of Gerald Albright, Montell Jordan, Paul Taylor, and many more.
She came onto L.A.’s music scene in 1995 as lead and rhythm guitarist for the Maestro of Love, Barry White.

Saxophonist

Originally from Gifu, Japan, Tomoka earned a Master’s in Music from the State University of New York at Buffalo in saxophone performance.In Jazz, R&B, and Latin settings, she performed for numerous music festivals such as the Queen City Jazz Festival, Lewiston Jazz Festival, M&T Plaza, and Albright Knox Jazz Series.
